The Case for Business Agility - a self-paced online learning course

Description

This adaptive learning online course looks at the concept of Business Agility.

Business Agility is about equipping organisations to deal with the increasing complexity of the world in general and product development in particular. Climate change, the return of war to Europe and the Middle East, geopolitical tensions in the South China sea, trade wars, logistical supply chain disruption, global cost of living and cost of energy crises intersect with the rapid rise of disruptive technologies such as 3D printing, quantum computing and generative AI. Product development is dominated by uncertainty and risk.

The relative predictability of twentieth century production is long gone. Organisations need new behaviours, new mindsets and a new organisational culture in order to thrive today. Changing organisation culture usually involves changing organisational structure.

Agile adoption involves a paradigm shift, but ‘Agile’ is not an end in itself. It is the means to delivering maximum business value in the face of unrelenting change.
